1. Independent Service Provider Status

Brilliant AC Care Hub is an independent, third-party service center. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any specific AC brand or manufacturer (such as Voltas, LG, Daikin, Samsung, etc.). Any brand names, logos, or trademarks used on this website are for identification purposes only. We provide out-of-warranty repair services as an independent entity.

2. Service Scope and Charges

  • Service Area: We provide doorstep AC services exclusively across the Salem region.

  • Service Fee: A standard visiting and diagnostic charge of 350 Rs is applicable for every doorstep visit. This fee covers the technician’s travel and initial fault assessment.

  • Estimates: Final repair costs (including labor and parts) will be provided after the technician inspects the unit. Work will only proceed upon the customer’s verbal or written approval.

3. Warranty Terms

We provide the following guarantees on our professional work:

  • Service Warranty: Every repair includes a 30-day warranty on the specific labor performed.

  • Spare Parts Warranty: All new spare parts installed by our technicians come with a 180-day warranty from the date of installation.

  • Exclusions: Warranties are void if the appliance is tampered with by a third party after our service, or if damage is caused by physical impact, liquid spillage, or extreme voltage fluctuations.

4. Use of AI Technology

We utilize Gemini AI technology to generate images on our website. These images are intended for customer identification purposes only (helping users identify specific AC parts, components, or service types). While we aim for visual accuracy, these AI-generated images are illustrative and may not exactly match your specific AC model.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a valid and accurate service address within Salem.

  • An adult (18+) must be present to allow the technician access to the premises and the AC unit.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brilliant AC Care Hub and its owner, Parthasarathi V, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.
